FishTracker is designed with your privacy in mind. Your data is stored on your device. We do not operate servers, collect analytics, or share your information with third parties.

Data Storage

All data — including your catches, trips, gear, and photos — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We have no access to this data.

Location Data

If you choose to tag catches with a location, FishTracker uses your device's GPS to record coordinates. Location data is stored locally on your device and is never sent to any external server.

Photos

If you attach photos to your catches, they are stored locally on your device. Photos are never uploaded to any external server.

Data Collection

FishTracker does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. Specifically:

• No analytics or tracking SDKs are used
• No personal information is sent to us or third parties
• No advertising frameworks are included
• No account creation is required

Notifications

FishTracker may send local notifications for fishing reminders. These are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any external server communication.

Third-Party Services

FishTracker does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or frameworks beyond Apple's own platform frameworks.

Children's Privacy

FishTracker is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
