How do I start a fast?
Open the app and tap the start button. You can choose from preset fasting protocols (16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD) or set a custom duration.
Where is my data stored?
All your data is stored on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, it syncs across your Apple devices automatically. No data is sent to external servers.
How do I connect to Apple Health?
Go to your settings within the app and enable HealthKit integration. You'll be prompted to grant permission. Completed fasts will then appear in Apple Health.
Can I see my fasting history?
Yes — the app includes a history view with a calendar and analytics showing your fasting patterns over time.
What are fasting zones?
As your fast progresses, you move through metabolic zones: Anabolic, Catabolic, Fat Burning, Ketosis, Deep Ketosis, and Autophagy. The app shows your current zone in real time.
